About the logo
There are several symbolic references with this image:
- The circles in the background are based on the ripples that water drops make when they hit the surface of a body of water. This symbolizes the wide ranging and expanding influence of school leaders on the well-being of newly appointed teachers.
- The orbs represent newly appointed teachers. They are arranged in the shape of a flying arrow to express direction and purpose.
- The ripples (leaders’ influence) are under the orbs to demonstrate how principals’ actions underpin newly appointed teachers’ development but not control it.
